квалификация это КВАЛИФИКАЦИЯ(сертификаты,опыт работы в направлении, макулатура в туалете и т.д.)!!!! Вообще програмеры делятся иеархически на кодер, лид. программер, суб. программер и по ориентированости(гей,лесби :) ос,лоулевел,язык,специфическая платформа/API /архитектура и т.д.).
